We stand behind everything we sell. If you have any questions or comments about a product you have purchased from us, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will respond to you within 24 business hours
All non-custom and non-event specific items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your package. All returns must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all hangtags still attached. The package must contain a copy of your receipt to confirm the order details. After the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Semi-Custom and Custom orders are all Final Sale making them ineligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.
Match jerseys and other items that are event specific are all Final Sale making them ineligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.
If we made an error or if there is a defect in the garment, please contact us at [email protected] and we will send to you a return label and will provide replacement items as quickly as possible.
TechwearUSA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Sublimation is a custom process involving special sublimation inks. Variations in color are part of the overall results. While we will do our best to make sure the colors are consistent, subtle variations across garment parts as well as across orders are part of the process and are not considered defects. In addition, colors on future orders may have subtle variations from prior orders and are not considered defects.
International Orders
We can ship TechwearUSA orders to locations worldwide that are permitted under US law. Shipping charges will vary based upon location, package size and weight. Techwear USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- How much duty and tax will I have to pay? We’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as the amounts vary by country. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges. Refunds are not provided in the event an order is refused entry.
Can you adjust the value of my order? We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed via our website or has been approved to proceed to production, it cannot be cancelled unless the products are non-custom or non-event specific products.
