Techstatic
Proudly Made in the USA and a new 2021 addition to TechwearUSA’s portfolio of proprietary fabrics. This custom made UPF50 fabric has a lofty lightweight construction that is super soft, has good stretch, provides terrific wicking comfort, and yet is built tough to withstand the sublimation process as well as the rigors of sport. Last but not least, Zinc based anti-microbial protection rounds out this fabric’s custom construction.
Solar Protech
TechwearUSA’s proprietary foundation fabric. Created for us by a major American mill, this 100% polyester fabric is ideal for use in high action sports where there is the need for a tough fabric that will hold up to aggressive motion and action, while at the same time keep you cool and dry as it is extremely light weight and breathable. Sports that use Velcro will find that this fabric is very resistant to picking and pulling, which keeps it looking great over long term use and wear. Its quick dry characteristic will help you stay comfortable when caught in the occasional rain shower, and easy wash/dry/wear makes it great to use over multiple day competitions.
Polartec Delta
A revolution to hot weather cooling gear. This fabric provides amplified cooling in hot weather conditions as it is made with a radiating knit structure that disperses moisture and increases airflow through reduced friction. Hydrophobic and hydrophilic fibers provide maximum breathability when wet, which amplifies natural cooling and works harder in hot conditions to provide immediate and long-lasting comfort. Featuring UPF protection, no chemical treatments are used to create this unique fabric.
Polartec Power-Dry
This family of fabrics is created by using a patented bi-component construction that provides superior wicking action by spreading and evaporating moisture in rapid dry-time. The fabrics are highly breathable, have great stretch, are very soft and provide a beautiful drape for an excellent look. Our Airflex line of styles are proudly made with this exceptional fabric.
TECHWEARUSA JACKET
Our jacket fabric is manufactured to offer a light weight, high performance outerwear garment. Water resistant exterior will protect from a light shower, a tight pile fleece interior provides moderate warmth without adding weight, and a wind barrier layer has been inserted in between the interior and exterior to protect you from the cutting effects of a brisk wind.
REVOLUTION FLEECE
Our super soft, 4-way stretch fleece covers you in comfort. This fabric has good stretch so that it moves with you. Lined with a black mesh interior, garments made with this fabric slip on and off easily, minimizing that annoying grab of your base layer that one can get when putting on a lesser quality outer fleece garment
ProStretch
Currently used for our arm gators, this circular knit 72% Polyester 28% Elastane fabric is a unique eco polyester that delivers maximum protection against UVA and UVB and is UPF 50+ Wet & Dry. The protection is engineered into the fabric utilizing finest knit tending technology. No chemicals are used. This fabric has compression stretch, is super soft and silk-like to the touch. Made in Canada.
